Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community as follows:
On 17th April 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Kazumasa Fujita as a temporary Director on the Board in place of Mr. Makoto Imabayashi who has tendered his resignation on 30 March 2023.
Mr. Kazumasa Fujita has more than 30 years of experience in plant projects and urban development. Mr. Fujita holds a Faculty of civil engineering, Major: traffic engineering.
