Board of Directors’ Resolution Disclosure
The Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 25 July 2018:
1. Approval of unaudited financial statements for the six months period ended 30 June 2018 together with the Board of Directors’ Report.
