Postponement of Ordinary Annual General Meeting

Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the Company) hereby informs its respected shareholders that the annual general meeting (AGM) of the shareholders scheduled today 18 March has been cancelled as per the CMA circular 03/2020 dated 18 March 2020. The management will await future directives from CMA in respect of holding of the general shareholder's meeting.
