Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors

Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

‘Mr. Yasushi Asano representing Sojitz Global Investment B.V., a juristic entity, has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on 30^th of June, 2020 due to personal reasons. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
