The Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

a)   Resignation of Mr. Cliff Dickinson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 31 July, 2014.

b)   Appointment of Mr. Muhammad Fawad Akhtar as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 01 August, 2014.
