Appointment of a member of the Board of Directors
Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
The Board of Directors of the Company approved appointment of Mr. Makoto Imabayashi as a member of the Board of Directors on 21st July 2020 as representative of Sojitz Global Investment B.V., a juristic person, in place of Mr. Yasushi Asano who has tendered his resignation in June 2020. Mr. Makoto Imabayashi has more than 20 years of experience in power generation industry and holds a degree in Faculty of Engineering.
