Appointment of member of the Board of Directors

Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

1.  Mr. Mitsuo Nakamoto, as representative of juristic person (Blue Horizon Barka Power B.V.), has been appointed as member of the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Mr. Ryuji Kikuchi who resigned during the month of June 2015.
