The Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:

1. Resignation of Mr. Johan Van Kerrebroeck and appointment of Mr. Gillian-Alexandre Jeremy Huart as member of the Board of Directors being representative of juristic person (Kahrabel FZE).
