Ms. Asiya Yarub Majid Al Saifi has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company as representative of Ministry of Defence Pension Fund, a juristic person, in place of Mr. Saleh Nasser Abood Al-Habsi who has tendered his resignation in November 2015.
