Board of Directors resolutions’ disclosure

The Board of Directors of Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) is pleased to advise the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community that the following resolution was made at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”):

a)   Resignation of Mr. Mario Savastano as a Director and Chairman of the Board.

b)   Appointment of Mr. Philippe Claude Christian Langlet as a Temporary Director and Chairman of the Board.
