Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Capital Market Authority, the Muscat Securities Market and the investors’ community as follows:
‘Mr. Kazuichi Ikeda representing SEP International Netherlands B.V, a juristic entity, has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee
of the Company, on 26th of August, 2019 due to personal reasons. The appointment of new member shall be informed in due course.
